After their spectacular 4-2 against Tottenham, everybody was expecting Arsenal to have no trouble obtaining the three points against Manchester United, especially considering that Jose Mourinho’s men are far from being in their top form.

But it ended with a draw.

Arsenal was leading the game, 2-1, when Sead Kolasinac tried to poke back a ball to Leno, but eventually sent it directly into Jesse Lingard, who had no trouble making it 2-2. And Kolasinac was devastated by his mistake, as he was having a fine game so far when this moment of lack of concentration proved fatal.

Right after the game, manager Unai Emery was asked if he was frustrated with the result and the manner his team conceded both goals. To most people’s surprise, he gave a classy response involving Sead Kolasinac.

“Not frustrated,” the Spaniard said, according to BT Sport. “For example, he (Kolasinac) was coming at the end of the match with his head looking down.”

“I said to him, ‘Sead, you had a very good match and offensively you gave us a lot of chances. It can happen, but you need to continue, be positive and learn with this action.'”

This is how a great manager talks about his players, even after they make mistakes. And there’s no doubt that it was exactly what Kolasinac needed after the game.

Fans saw the interview with Unai Emery and the reactions started appearing on social media immediately!

“Something really likeable about Unai, oozes class and confidence. If I was a player I’d want to run through a brick wall for him. Think Arsenal have got an absolute gem as the manager now, few more transfer windows and if Arsenal are willing to properly back him he can do wonders,” one of them said on Twitter.
