The Ibrox in Glasgow, the home stadium of Rangers FC, was built to accommodate more than 50800 spectators. The English team is currently being trained by the British Steven Gerrard. The team is currently active in the Premiership (semi-final - first of two matches) on the second place with predominantly successful matches. On the other hand, Rangers FC were eliminated from the group stage of the UEFA Europa League despite 33% of failed Group G matches. All in all, 24 out of 43 matches were won, 33 goals scored and 33 goals conceded, the majority of which came from the Premiership. Thanks to the late goal in the fifth minute of injury time by the 65kg heavy jersey number 09 Jermain Defoe, the selection managed to win 4-2 against Aberdeen FC on 6 February 2019.

The team has lost a match since August (against FC Spartak Moscow) despite leadership in the first half. Eros Grezda and Josh Windass (strikers), Glen Kamara and Ovie Ejaria (midfielders), Gareth McAuley and Joe Worrall (centre-back) as well as Allan McGregor (goalkeepers) have been on the starting line-up with 20 other players since August. The 5-0 win over Hamilton Academical FC in the 27th Group Stage Premiership match against Hamilton Academical FC was to be expected after Rangers FC had achieved their biggest half-time lead of the current season of four points. As passably as against FC Dundee (82/17/12) the football eleven could not trump against every rival. The most empirically critical opponent is Villarreal CF with no win, seven draws and no failure on the part of Rangers FC.

Although the number of footballers is around 26 years old, the Irish jersey number 36 Gareth McAuley has the lion's share in this respect. As far as the weight is concerned the mass of the team with 74 kg is rather dainty, especially extreme are the 195cm tall right foot Gareth McAuley and the 29 year old right foot Jamie Murphy. With more than six formations, Rangers FC have started the matches of the current season (4-5-1, 4-1-2-3, 4-4-1-1, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 4-1-4-1). Although the club were behind in the first half, they managed to win against St Johnstone FC in such a match in the current season.

The keepers of the selection have made an excellent effort in holding opposing goal attempts. Of the average of 13 shots per match, only 38% hit the goal and the rest missed (32%) or were blocked by the opponent (30%). Rangers FC managed to secure three wins just before the end of the game. Quite impressive was the UEFA Europa League's second group phase match against SK Rapid Vienna on 4 October 2018, in which it stood 1-1 until the 176cm tall right foot James Tavernier and the 177cm tall striker Alfredo Morelos scored two goals in 90 and 84 minutes respectively. The offside rule applies several times for the football team (on average three times), and once less per match for the opponents. So she seems to be acting too aggressively.

Instead of being a part of the starting eleven, some kickers sat on the bench more often before the kick-off. Wes Foderingham (goalkeeper), Lassana Coulibaly, Andy Halliday and Glenn Middleton (midfielder), plus Nikola Katic and Ross McCrorie (defender) were the main opponents. Rangers FC has the best output (10/5/2) with the 4-3-3 formation. The difference between Rangers FC's biggest (Gareth McAuley) and smallest (Jermain Defoe) footballer is 24 centimetres, but the average is 181 cm. With a win rate of 88.46% in away games against FC Dundee, this competitor seems to be the most trivial for the English team. After a disadvantage of two full goals, the maximum of the current season, against FC Spartak Moscow in the fourth group stage match of the UEFA Europa League, was accepted anyway a defeat. Finally the game ended 3 - 4.

Recently Rangers FC tested the 4-2-3-1 formation against Celtic FC in the Premiership, which ended in a win (2-0). In seven matches, the team did not manage to score against Villarreal CF. The most recent meeting took place on 20 September 2018. In the seven encounters since 22 February 2006, the team managed to secure a point difference of 0 against Villarreal CF. In the team, 14% prefer the right foot. In the first half, Rangers FC are more likely to take the lead. After Rangers FC's right-footed Portuguese Daniel Candeias scored the goal from a 21-metre distance in the twelfth group-phase Premiership game against St Mirren FC on 3 November 2018, even the supporters of the other team cheered.

It took just 0 seconds for the selection to score the fastest direct goal of the current season. This was shot by Carlos Bacca (Celtic FC) in the first group stage match of the UEFA Europa League. The football team has suffered a total of two defeats in the current season just before the end of the game, most recently 45 days ago against Celtic FC after a goal from James Forrest in the 86th minute. In RAN's own venue, Hamilton Academical FC has emerged as the toughest competitor, with 29 wins and 31 losses achieved by Rangers FC.
